Hycinth Taylor

Hycinth has extensive experience in delivering mindfulness spaces and workshops both in the UK and abroad. She is registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and is a certified mindfulness teacher and supervisor with the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA). Her training includes Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
